Feasibility Study
To better address the commuting needs of employers and employees in Cecil County, Cecil County worked with the Wilmington Area Planning Council, WILMAPCO, to study the feasibility of establishing Transportation Management Association (TMA) services in Cecil County, Maryland. A TMA works with local employers and public officials to organize comprehensive programs to solve transportation problems; these programs may include ridesharing, telecommuting, vanpools and other services to help meet commuting needs.
