Unified Planning Work Program

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is WILMAPCO’s annual work program identifying the planning priorities and activities to be carried out within the region.  The UPWP includes a description of the planning work and resulting products, who will perform the work, time frames for completing the work, the cost of the work, and the source(s) of funding.  MPOs are required to develop UPWPs to govern work programs for the expenditure of federal planning funds.

The Draft FY 2026 UPWP is available for review and comment.

The Draft FY 2026 UPWP is available for public comment from March 24 – April 24, 2025.
